Historically, the exclusive Tractrix ® horns are an essential part of this series that meets a broad support in the public.
In RB-61 this technology has been improved by redesigning the geometry of the throat of the horn to get a sound more realistic.
Upstream of the trumpet, a titanium tweeter 2.5 cm with a large ceramic motor provides a unique combination of precision, clarity and sound power.
The RB-61 uses a woofer from 16.5 cm to ensure the quality of bass; made in Cerametallic ™, with inverted copper dust protection, it has a stiffness / mass ratio very tall and very good damping characteristics.

The RB-61 front opening eliminates turbulence noise and makes installation simple with furniture. The increase in diaphragm ribbing around the horn mouth drastically improves acoustics across the range of frequencies.
To ensure signal purity and perfect driver integration, the crossover RB-61 employs the highest quality components and Klipsch custom internal wiring.
Available in a vinyl-like finish wood – cherry, black ash, the RB-61 is equipped with a grid of low diffraction, magnetically attached, which makes it even more elegance of this speaker.
How to play:
Everything started when came to my house a pair of Klipsch La Scala, two huge wooden blocks, which I had purchased with the intent to resell soon, but it was a shock!
My idea that these trumpets were firing too high frequency average was absolutely wrong, or rather in a way I found open diffusers but also consistent and drugs, you hear exactly what is played on stage ..
Made this experience I have considered the smallest models, in this case the RB 61, good efficiency, I would say excellent, very good construction and aesthetics rather competitive prices.
With this, I contacted the representative and I took some models.
Again I noticed a sound quite similar to what you might hear before a stage. Timbre clear, preference for the dynamics and rock, they are suitable for lovers that turn up the volume.

They really pilot a breath of the power with all 95 dB, so the valve can be recommended. The most ‘grown-ups are also suitable for large environments, the 52 for medium spaces.
